Dividends

Bittnet Group has a stable dividend policy. Since listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2015, the company has followed a patented model, of distributing to its shareholders the accrued profits in the form of free shares, a process which is expected to continue in the following years.

Throughout the years, the following allocation ration has been proposed by the management and accepted by the shareholders:

  • For 2018 profits, the allocation ratio was 1 free share per each BNET share held. As a result, the company increased in 2019 its capital with the sum of RON 5.523.320,50 by issuing ​55.233.205 new shares with nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.
  • For 2017 profits, the allocation ratio was 3 bonus shares per 5 BNET share held. As a result, the company increased in 2018 its capital with the sum of RON 1.826.655,40 by issuing 18.266.554 new shares with nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.
  • For 2016 profits amounting to RON 1,180 million, the allocation ratio was 1 free share per each BNET share held. As a result, the company increased in 2017 its capital with the sum of RON 1.451.412,3 by issuing 14,514,123 new shares with nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.
  • For 2015 profits amounting to RON 1,033 million, the allocation ratio was 2 free shares per each BNET share held. As a result, the company increased in 2016 its capital with the sum of RON 900,876.6 by issuing 9,008,766 new shares with nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.
