BNET22

BNET22 was the second corporate bonds issuance of Bittnet Group, which floated on the ATS-AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange in November 2017. The bonds have a 5-years maturity and a 9% interest rate, payable quarterly. The capital raised during BNET22, in the amount of RON 4,5 million was used to acquire GECAD NET (today known as Dendrio, following the rebranding from 2018) as well as was directed into Bittnet’s working capital.
