BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors about signing the additional contract for extension of a revolving overdraft facility, by Elian Solutions SRL from Unicredit Bank.
The agreement was extended for a period of 12 months and supplemented from RON 450,000 to RON 800,000 under the following conditions:
- Interest rate: ROBOR3M+3%
- Maturity of the facility: February 2023
- Destination: financing the working capital and the current activity
- Guarantee structure: mortgage on Elian Solutions SRL accounts with Unicredit, assignment of receivables and Corporate guarantee letter issued by Bittnet Systems SA.
Bittnet Systems SA owns 51% of Elian Solutions SRL shares.
