BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the shareholders about the results of the subscription process in the capital increase operation approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of April 25th 2018. Stage 1 of the subscriptions took place between November 6th and decembre 6th. In this period, the Company has offered a total number of 3,044,426 new shares for a price of RON 0.95 each. During this operation, 28,662,550 preference rights were exercised by investors. They subscribed a total number of 2,866,255 shares, which represents a 94.14% of the total offer. The total amount of money rise by the Company in Stage 1 is RON 2,722,942.25. During Stage 2, the Company will offer the remaining unsubscribed 178,171 shares to investors in a private placement. Stage 2 will start Monday, 10th December 2018.
