Starting 2012, Bittnet has put together an Advisory Board, composed of people with reputation and vast business experience: Sergiu NEGUT, Andrei PITIS and Dan STEFAN. In 2015, Dan BERTEANU joined the Advisory Board.
In 2020, following the transfer of Bittnet from the AeRO market to the Main Market of Bucharest Stock Exchange and the appointment of the Board of Directors, the Board has appointed Advisory Committees. The members of the former Advisory Board have joined the Advisory Committees that are organized within the structure of the Board of Directors and are in charge of developing recommendations and providing advice to the Board.
