BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs investors about the registration in the records of the Trade Register of the share capital according to the EGMS Decisions no. 2 and no. 3 of April 27, 2021 regarding the capital increase operations with the issuance of free shares for the benefit of the registered shareholders on the registration date of July 21, 2021.
Thus, according to Decision no. 2/27.04.2021, 6 free shares will be allocated for every 10 held on the registration date. For the 7th free share, the shareholders from the registration date will be able to choose between the allocation of the new share or the cash distribution related to its nominal value, according to the Decision no. 3 / 27.04.2021 and the Option Procedure.
The value of the capital after the registration of the mentions referring to the two Decisions in the Trade Register amounts to RON 48,043,690.40. The company follows the registration process for the new number of shares at the Financial Supervisory Authority and at the Central Depository.
