Voting rights
On the date of publication of this convening notice, the Company has registered with the Trade Register and the Central Depository a total number of 634,176,714 common shares related to a shared capital of RON 63,417,671.40.
Of these, a number of 9,247,200 shares are owned by the Company as treasury shares, so they have suspended voting rights.
Thus, the total number of voting rights is 624,929,514. The reference date for this General Meeting is October 18, 2023, meaning that the shareholders from the reference date are entitled to participate and vote at the General Meeting on October 30, 2023 according to their holdings from this date.
