BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” / “the Issuer”) informs the market about the direct transfer of BNET shares and allocation to key persons according to the SOP2020 incentive plan approved by the EGSM Decisions no. 3/29.01.2020 and no. 5/29.04.2020 as well with persons discharging managerial responsibility.
The transfer was made through the Central Depository from the Issuer’s account in the global accounts of the key persons.
