BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors about the signing of the additional extension document for 2NET Computer SRL loan contracted from Raiffeisen Bank. The extension was made for an additional period of 12 months, under the same conditions as the initial agreement signed with the bank. The only change being the exclusion of the former 2NET shareholder from the guarantee structure as a guarantor. The value of the facility is RON 2,500,000 and is intended to finance the current activity of the borrower.
2NET Computer SRL is owned by Dendrio Solutions SRL in 100% of the share capital and voting rights.
