BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors about signing of a significant contract by Dendrio Solutions SRL (part of the Cloud& Infrastructure pillar of the Group). The agreement was signed by Dendrio together with two other companies as part as a joint venture and the total value of this contract is RON 253 million, of which Dendrio’s delivery component is worth approx. RON 63 million (without VAT). The object of the contract is the supply of network equipment (switches) and training services related to their operation. The duration of the contract is 36 months from signing (until January 2027). The contract is a framework agreement, without the client’s obligation to reach the maximum amount in orders and the total value is given by the maximum amount of equipment that could be ordered by the beneficiary based on subsequent agreements. The beneficiary is a public sector client.
