BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the Company / the Issuer / the Group) informs investors about signing of the extension of the credit product of the revolving ceiling from Unicredit Bank – contracted by Elian Solutions SRL (part of the pillar of Business Applications & software of the group). The contract was extended under similar conditions: the interest rate: ROBOR3M+ the bank’s fixed margin 3% and new maturity at 12 months – February 2025. The ceiling, in the maximum amount of RON 1.6 million, is intended to finance the current activity. The guarantees composed of mortgage on the Elian Solutions SRL accounts at Unicredit Bank and a general assignment for receivables.
