(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs shareholders about the following operation regarding bank financing: signing the extention of the factoring contract with Unicredit Bank, regarding some of the Company’s customers. The guarantees for this product are the assignment of future receivables from customers. This financing product allows the Company to relieve pressure on it’s own cashflow while allowing for the payment terms required by customers.
