(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the shareholders about receiving from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) of the Certificate of Registration of Securities no. AC-4149-8 / 09.05.2019, certifying the registration of the share capital increase with 3,477,967 new shares issued as a result of the Stock Option Plan (SOP) operation approved by Decision no. 6 of EGSM from 28.04.2016 and the management contracts approved by Decisions 4 and 5 of OGSM from 28.04.2016 and acording with Decision of the Sole Administrator no. 5622 / 6.02.2019. The share capital of the Company is divided in 55,233,205 nominative, common, dematerialized shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1. The Company continues the registration process with the Central Depository.
