BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the market about the publication of the audited individual and consolidated financial statements for year 2021, in the single european electronic format (ESEF) according to the European Transparency Directive 2004/109 / EC (TD) of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
In 2013, the Transparency Directive (2004/109 / EC) was supplemented by the provision that starting with financial year 2020, the annual financial reports should be made in a single electronic format. The implementation was postponed by one year, in 2021, coming into force for the reporting of the financial year started on January 1st, 2021. The provision is applied for companies whose shares are traded on a European regulated market.
