(hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the Market about a transaction with the Company’s shares, from November 26, 2021, by a person with management responsibilities within the Issuer’s Group, respectively by Mr. Cristian Herghelegiu, CEO of Dendrio Solutions SRL.
The transaction was made on the BSE – DEALS Market, for a volume of 757,575 BNET shares, at a price of RON 0.33 / share and was notified in accordance with the capital market legislation.
