BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs investors about the approval by the Board of Directors of BSE and listing of the Company’s shares on the Regulated Market, Standard Category administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The calendar of the final stages in order to suspend from the Multilateral Trading System AeRO and admission on the Regulated Market is:
- May 28 – last trading day of BNET shares on the AeRO-SMT market
- June 2 – settlement of transactions from the last trading day on AeRO-SMT and consolidation of the shareholders’ register by the Central Depository
- June 3 – start trading on the Regulated Market
