Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the shareholders about the signing of a loan agreement with Gecad Net SRL. The credit is in amount of EUR 90,000 with an interest rate of 4% per year and a 12 months maturity. Gecad Net SRL will use the loan for financing current activity, the working capital and the common projects of the two companies for the end of 2017 fiscal year. Bittnet Systems S.A. is the Sole Associate of Gecad Net SRL.
