BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors about the issuance by the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) of the Registration Certificate for Financial Instruments (CIIF) no. 4149-17 by which were processed in the records of the Authority the share capital increase operations decided in August 2020 (according to the Board Decision no. 7 / 18.08.2020) and December 2020 (according to the Board Decision no. 10 / 17.12.2020).
After processing the new number of shares in the Central Depository, the Company will return with a new request to the ASF for the registration of the difference of shares – according to the Board Decision from 06.07.2021 and the ratification of the EGMS by Decision no.17/07.09.2021 – resulting from the application of the increase report according to the EGMS Decisions no. 2 and no. 3 of April 27, 2021 on the entire share capital registered at the time of the Convening Notice in the Trade Register.
