BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as “the Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors and interested parties about the information from Competition Council regarding the economic concentration operation eith Dataware Consulting SRL. Thus, the Competition Council informed the Issuer that there were no inadvertent findings at the level of competition legislation and the authorization Decision will be sent to the Issuer as soon as possible.
This notification does not represent the official communication of the Decision of the Council, but a preliminary information until the drafting and final transmission of the Decision.
The Issuer will inform the partners in the transaction in order to fulfill the necessary conditions for establishing the closing calendar.
