(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the shareholders about signing of the Additional Act no. 1 / 13.02.2019 to Contract no. 7475 / 14.02.2018 which extended the maturity of the revolving overdraft ceiling from ProCredit Bank to 13.02.2020. The value of the overdraft remains unchanged: RON 2,790,000.
