Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Compny”) informs the shareholders about the signing of a “overdraft” credit line contract with NexteBank SA.
The credit line has a value of RON 1.200.000, has a maturity of 1year and has to be repaid on June 15th 2016.
