Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the shareholders about receiving from the Bucharest Stock Exchange the decision of admission to trading of the BNET19 bonds.
The issue consists of 4186 bonds with a face value of 1000 RON, a maturity of 3 years (until July 2019) and an annual coupon of 9%, payable quarterly.
The first day of trading will be Wednesday, September 28th and the ticker will be BNET19. The trading launch event will take place at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, 14th floor, starting with 09:30 AM.
