BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) informs the investors about receiving from the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) the Decision no. 1535/11.04.2019 of admission to trading of the BNET23C bonds.
The issue consists of 100,000 nominative, dematerialized, corporate, unconvertible, unsecured bonds with a face value of RON 100, a maturity of 4 years and an annual rate of 9%, payable semiannualy through Central Depository. First day of trading will be April 17th, and the ticker will be BNET23C. The official launch will take place within the event Bittnet Investors Day (BNET) – in Buharest, Bd. Timisoara no. 26, Plaza Romania Offices Building, 1st floor, starting at 12:00 o’clock.
