BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the Market about the allocation of shares in global accounts by the Central Depository, to the key persons within the issuer group in the SOP2018 incentive program (approved by EGMS Decision no. 12/25 April 2018 and related to period 2018-2020).
The operation was started in August 2020 with a capital increase, the Issuer informing the Market through Current Report no. 45 / 18.08.2020 and finalized by issuing CIIF no. AC4149-17 / 12.10.2021. The SOP2018 incentive program included 47 employees and members of the management, considered key people in various departments of the Group. Also through CIIF no. AC4149-17 was registered the settlement of transactions related to the M&A projects from 2020, approved by EGMS Decisions no. 4 and 5 of 21.11.2020 – operations through which the Issuer acquired share packages within the companies Eqatorial Gaming SA and Softbinator Technologies SA.
