(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about the allocation of BNET27A bonds to persons with management responsibilities within the Issuer’s group following the Public Offer, as follows: Mr. Lucian Anghel – Vicepresident of the Board – was allocated 5568 bonds and Mr. Cristian Logofatu – member of the Issuer’s Board – was allocated 581 BNET27A bonds. The transactions were notified to the Issuer and FSA in accordance with the capital market legislation.
