BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors that it will pay the 6th coupon relating to BNET26E bonds on 01 July 2024. The payment will be made through the Central Depository and the T2S system to bondholders registered on the reference date 17th June 2024 in the account of participants at the RoClear system. The interest rate is fixed at 9% per year and the coupon is in amount of EUR 2.25 gross/bond.
