BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the interested parties about the correction of a material error in the Quarterly Report for first 9 months 2022, published on the BSE news feeds and on the Issuer’s website dedicated to investor relations, on Friday, 11.11.2022: Thus, in the head of the table, page 28, chapter “An annualized perspective of the financial results”, the labels of the columns “Trailing 12M 2021” and “Trailing 12M 2022” were reversed.
The numerical values in the table, on the left column, the first column to the description of the financial indicator, are related to “Trailing 12M 2021”; and the values on the right column, related to “Trailing 12M 2022”.
We publish to this current report the Quarterly Report with the error on page 28 corrected.
