BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors that it will pay the 3rd coupon relating to BNET26E bonds on 29.09.2023. The payment will be made through the Central Depository and the T2S system to bondholders registered on the reference date 15.09.2023 in the account of participants at the RoClear system. The interest rate is fixed at 9% per year and the coupon is in amount of EUR 2.25 gross/bond.
