BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors about the signing of the additional act for the extension of the credit agreement – for the revolving overdraft product – contracted by Dendrio Solutions from ING Bank NV Amsterdam – Bucharest Branch.
The contract was extended for a period of 12 months, under the same conditions as the initial agreement signed in November 2018:
- Total value: RON 2,000,000
- Product type: financing the working capital and the current activity of Dendrio Solution
- Maturity: 1 year with the possibility of extension
- Interest rate: ROBOR1M + 2.9% per year
- The guarantees for this banking loan: promissory note ‘without protest’ issued by Dendrio Solutions SRL and endorsed by Bittnet Systems SA and mortgage on banking accounts at ING.
Bittnet Systems owns 100% of Dendrio Solutions shares.
