Bittnet Systems S.A. (“the Company”) informs shareholders about the results of the subscription process in the capital increase operation approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of April 26th 2017.
During Stage 1 of the subscriptions – between October 23rd and November 22nd – the Company has sold 925,284 shares (65.34%) for RON 0.57 each. In 2nd Stage, the 490,728 unsubscribed shares in Stage 1 (34.66%) were subscribed in a private placement. The shares were subscribed, in 2nd Stage, at a price of RON 0.60 per share by 20 individual investors. The Intermediary was SSIF Goldring SA. After 2nd Stage, all shares offered in the capital increase were subscribed.
During both stages, the Company attracted a total amount of RON 821.848,68 in the capital increase operation.
The Company continues the registration process with Trade Register Office, ASF and the Central Depository.
