BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that during the period: 03.03.2025 – 07.03.2025 no redemption were carried out within the buyback program, approved by the EGMS Decision no. 04 of April 25th, 2024 and the Board of Directors Decision of August 06th, 2024. Thus, the total number of shares bought by the Issuer, from the beginning of the program to the present remains 5,369,000 BNET shares, threshold reached at the end of the week: February 10th – February 14th 2025.
