BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors about the issuance by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the certificate CIIF no. AC-4149-15 / 19.07.2021 by which the new number of shares resulting from the application of the share capital increase report according to the EGMS Decision no. 2 of April 27, 2021 and the Board Decision of July 6, 2021.
The new number of shares is 395,565,240. The 148,336,965 BNET shares with which the share capital is increased, according to the Decision of the Board of Directors of July 6, 2021, will be distributed to all shareholders from the registration date July 21st 2021 in proportion to their holdings and in a report of 6 free shares for every 10 shares. The payment date of the new shares will be July 22nd 2021.
We attach to this current report the Information Document for this operation, prepared according to Annex no. 2 of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, as well as the CIIF no. AC-4149-15 / 19.07.2021. The company follows the process of registration for the new number of shares at the Central Depository.
