BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors and interested parties about the publication of the consolidated, unaudited financial results, together with the quarterly report, prepared in accordance with Annex 13 of FSA Regulation 5/2018.
The report includes the message from the CEO, the description of the activities in Q3, analysis and the comparative results for each of the 4 business units – Education, Cloud&Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Platforms&software – the context and business perspectives for the future.
Key elements at Q3:
- 278 million ron consolidated revenues (+151% compared to September 2022)
- 44 million ron gross margin (+67% compared to September 2022)
- 5.7 million ron operating profit (+60% compared to September 2022)
- Minus 2 million ron gross profit (compared to minus 4.2 million ron in September 2022)
- Operational cash flow: +7 million ron (similar to that recorded in September 2022)
- 90 million ron in equity
- 30 million ron cash position at the end of Q3.
