(referred to as the “Company” / the “Group” or the “Issuer”) informs investors that between 01.08.2024 – 30.08.2024 persons who have access to privileged information in the sense of ASF Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments.
The closed tradeing period occurs as a result that on 30.08.2024 Bittnet Group will publish the report on the financial results for Half Year 2024.
