BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / the “Group” or the “Issuer”) informs the investors about the decision of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Comitee to admit BNET28A bonds to trading. The first trading day will be Thursday 23rd May 2024.
The BNET28A issue consists of 66,249 corporate, unsecured, bonds with a total nominal value of 6,624,900 ron, and an annual interest of 9%, payable quarterly through the Central Depository. The issue was made following a public offer in April 2024.
