BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / the “Group” or the “Issuer”) informs investors about signing of two significant contracts by TopTech SRL (a company part of Digital Infrastructure pillar of the group).
The cumulative value of this contracts amounts to 6.57 million ron without VAT. The object involves the delivery and installation of the necessary equipments for the customer’s data center, together with software products and other types of IT equipment and connections. The beneficiary is a higher education institution and the project implementation is until February 2025.
TopTech is part of the Digital Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet group, together with Dendrio Solutions, Dataware Consulting, Optimizor (formerly ITPrepared) and 2Net Computer.
