BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” / “the Issuer”) informs the investors and interested parties about receiving two notifications from the Competition Council (“CC”) regarding the economic concentration operation by acquiring sole control in TopTech SRL and 2net computer SRL.
Thus, the Competition Council informed the Issuer that no inadvertences were found at the level of the competition legislation regarding the economic concentration by acquiring 100% of the shares of 2 target companies, and the non-objection decisions will be issued and sent to the Issuer as soon as possible.
The 2 notifications does not represent the official communication of the Decisions of the Competition Council but a prior information until the drafting and final issuance of the CC Decisions. The issuer will inform the partners from the two transactions, in order for them to fulfill the necessary conditions for closing.
