BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs the interested parties about the publication of the Universal Registration Document and of the Annual Report for the year 2022, in accordance with art. 9, para. (12) of EU Regulation 1129/2017.
The document can be consulted both on the Company’s website in the investors section and by the link below. As in 2022, this year the Issuer will also submit the Universal Registration Document to the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in order to maintain its status as a frequent issuer of financial instruments and to simplify and accelerate the approval processes for future public offers.
Considering that ASF approved in the past, for two consecutive financial years, the Universal Registration Document of Bittnet through Decisions no. 867/15.07.2020 and no. 591/06.05.2021, both last year and this year, a prior approval from the ASF was no longer necessary for the Document, according to art. 9.(2) of Regulation EU2017/1129, but only its publication and transmission to the Authority in order to extend the frequent issuer status.
Also, according to Transparency Directive 2004/109/CE (TD) of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the Issuer attaches to this current report the audited individual and consolidated financial statements for the year 2022, in the single European electronic format (ESEF).
