BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about a significant contract signed by TopTech SRL, a company part of the Issuer’s group.
The agreement worth RON 9,404,000 (without VAT) and exceeds 10% of the previous year’s individual turnover of TopTech. The contract includes the development of a techincal solution for two datacenters of the client (a higher education institution in Romania). The contract includes storage equipment, servers, switches, backup systems and digital archiving system as well as services for installation, configuration, testing and support. The delivery period is at maximum 90 days from signing.
TopTech SRL is part of Cloud & Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet Group, together with Dendrio Solutions, Dataware Consulting, Optimizor (formerly ITPrepared) and 2Net Computer.
