BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors about signing of a significant contract by Dendrio Solutions SRL (part of the Digital Infrastructure business unit of the Group).
The contract is in amount of EUR 6.5 million (without VAT) and was awarded following a tender won by the association that includes Dendrio Solutions (as leader) and Dataware Consulting. The beneficiary is a client from the public sector, government area.
The object is the supply, configuration and installation of IT&C equipment (hardware and software) in 131 emergency units in hospitals throughout the country, data communication systems, specific medical equipment and devices and other technological equipment to ensure the infrastructure necessary for communication with the regional emergency telemedicine centers (Bucharest, Tg. Mureş, Timișoara and Iași).
The financing of this project is provided by fund from World Bank and the delivery/implementation period is 9 months from the signing – until the end of 2024.
