BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about signing of a significant contract, which exceeds 10% of the Bittnet Group’s consolidated revenue for last completed financial year. The contract was signed by Dendrio Solutions SRL (part of the Bittnet Group’s Digital Infrastructure pillar) as the leader of a consortium that also includes Dendrio Innovations SRL, a company part of Bittnet Group, alongside with two other non-affiliated companies.
The contract is valued at RON 44.7 million (excluding VAT) and involves the provision of an integrated platform (including the delivery of equipment, as well as installation, configuration, training, and testing services) for advanced communications, secure access, and the prioritization of critical data traffic. The share of this contract attributable to the companies within the Bittnet Group is approximately 45%. The beneficiary is a client from public sector (government), and the delivery period is 18 months.
