BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors about signing of a significant contract by Dendrio Solutions SRL (part of the Digital Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet group).
The contract with a total value of RON 143 million (excluding VAT) is a framework agreement, without the obligation of the client to reach the maximum amounts provided, and the total value is given by the maximum quantity of products to be ordered by the beneficiary based on subsequent future contracts. The beneficiary is a public sector client.
The object of the framework agreement is the supply of IT equipment (hybrid storage for capacity expansion and back-up solutions) which involves delivery, installation, testing and ensuring knowledge transfer. The implementation period is 36 months from signing.
