BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors and interested parties about the signing of the sale-purchase agreement, on 30.09.2021, regarding the Autodesk business transfer between Dendrio Solutions SRL and GRAPHEIN INTERNATIONAL SRL.
The contract price is EUR 450,000 and will be collected by Dendrio Solutions until 2024. The contract provides for the business of Dendrio in relation to American technology vendor, Autodesk, meaning the transfer of ongoing contracts with customers, the transfer of knowledge, and the status of Gold Partner.
The funds obtained from this transaction will be reinvested in the development of strategic business lines, cloud and cyber security, and in potential future M&A transactions in these fields.
Bittnet Systems SA owns 100% of the shares of Dendrio Solutions SRL.
