(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs investors about the registration in the Trade Register regarding the changes of the capital increase with cash contribution and the issuance of the Certificate of Registration according to the new coordinates of the increased capital.
Thus, the subscribed share capital of the Company is RON 12,724,984.70. The Company follows the registration process of the new number of shares at FSA and the Central Depository.
