We remind the shareholders who held shares on the registration date of July 21st, 2020 that they have 2 more days to opt for cash distribution of RON 0.1 for 10 shares, according to the Implementation Procedure of Decision no. 3 EGSM. The shareholders who did not vote in the general meeting of 29.04.2020 and do not expressly request the cash distribution, will not receive this distribution.

Shareholders who have chosen Option 1, but have not completed the ‘IBAN’ field at the time of registration, can send to investors@bittnet.ro a confirmation of the bank account in which they wish to receive the cash distribution until 30.07.2020.
