BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that it has received notifications from Agista Investments SA and Impetum Investments SA – two significant shareholders of the Issuer – regarding their holdings falling below mandatory reporting thresholds.
The notifications concern:
- The aggregate holding of Agista Investments SA and Impetum Investments SA, together with the persons with whom they act in concert, falling below the 20% threshold as of October 5th, 2026.
- The individual holdings of Agista Investments SA and Impetum Investments SA falling below the 10% threshold as of October 5th, 2026.
This reporting event follows the participation of these two shareholders in the public buyback offer (OPC) conducted by the Issuer between September 21st, 2026, and October 2nd, 2026; the respective percentages are calculated to the total number of the Issuer’s shares.
