BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the Market about the publication of an error in the current report no. 11/06.04.2022 regarding the final price of the transaction for the full acquisition of 2net computer SRL. The estimated price of the transaction will take into account the value of the acquired enterprise (RON 6.3 million) and will be adjusted, according to the customs for this type of transactions, with the state of the company (net debt) and with the non-core business assets. In addition to the transaction price, Dendrio will also take over the loan granted by the old shareholders, amounting to RON 1.2 million.
