Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby informs about adoption of financial communication’s calendar. The Company will publish periodical reports in a following manner:
- Annual report for 2014 year – April 30th, 2015
- Half-year report for the first half of 2015 year – August 31st, 2015.
These dates have been chosen to be evening of the last working day of the week so as to allow the maximum possible time for information to be absorbed by the interested parties.
On the March 4th, 2015 the General Shareholder Meeting conducted an annual meeting and approved the financial statement for 2014 year.
