(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors that during 30.04.2026 – 29.05.2026 persons who have access to privileged information within the meaning of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (regarding market abuse) are not entitled to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments of the Issuer.
The closed period occurs as a result of the fact that on 29.05.2026 Bittnet will publish the report on the quarterly financial results for the first quarter 2026.
