Bittnet Systems SA (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs about the issuance by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) of the registration certificate for financial instruments (CIIF) resulting from the options expressed by shareholders from the date of registration – July 21 2021 – according to the EGMS Decision no. 3 of April 2021 and the Decision of the Board from July 6, 2021.
We attach to this current report CIIF no. AC-4149-16/31.08.2021 and the Document presenting this operation – prepared according to Annex 2 of the FSA Regulation no. 5/2018. The company follow the process of registration for the new shares at the Central Depository.
